DescriptionThis three-year program has an excellent nationwide reputation for producing highly skilled graduates who fit easily into a biomedical research setting or a veterinary clinic setting. Our graduates leave with excellent scientific training as well as the practical laboratory and veterinary technical skills needed in today's workplace.

Graduates are eligible for registration by the Canadian Association for Laboratory Animal Science and for membership in the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians. They are eligible to write the OAVT and CALAS/ACTAL provisional registry examinations in their graduating year. Our graduates often obtain the highest scores on the Veterinary Technician National Registry Exam compared to other Ontario colleges.

This program is not open to International students.
