| Description | n 2010, the Nursing and Midwifery Council amended its required minimum outcome for pre-registration nurse education to degree-level study. As a result, employers will increasingly require their nurses from Band five upwards to hold a degree qualification as a minimum. This course will enable staff to top up their qualification to degree level and therefore maximise opportunities for career progression.
This course offers qualified practising nurses the opportunity to study modules and qualify at degree level. The modules include clinical and /or professional practice-related inquiry methods, allowing you to engage in clinical and/or healthcare practice development. You will engage in professionally relevant work based/practice based enquiry and project work leading to personal and/or organisational professional practice development. | | |
