DescriptionThe work of a building surveyor is varied. You can expect to work on projects ranging from brand new multi million pound commercial developments to small-scale refurbishments and conversions of residential buildings, the preservation of fragile or historic structures and the survey and inspection of a range of properties.

This professional course focuses heavily on employability. Our strong links with industry mean you will get to experience site visits and a residential trip. Through this course you will begin to develop the core competencies required to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Learning outcomes are aligned with the professional requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveying (RICS) to ensure you develop the practical, analytical and problem-solving skills to be eligible for graduate membership.
