| Description | Our Mental Health Nursing course provides students with an opportunity to gain an Integrated MNurs/Registered Nurse qualification and acts as preparation both for registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and for taking on the responsibilities and accountability involved. It aims to provide graduates holding a health-related degree the opportunity to study at Level 7 – the theory that underpins nursing practice and develops knowledge and skills through evidence-based learning. Practice experience is gained in both hospital and community settings. On successful completion of this course students will be able to enter Part one (Mental Health) of the Register held by the NMC.
