Description | The specialization in Motion Picture Arts is only available within the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. However, BA students are eligible to take a Minor in Motion Picture Arts. The program trains students as creatively independent writer-director-producers who are equally comfortable with aesthetics, production design, cinematography, picture editing, and sound design.
It prepares students for careers in the production of motion pictures for theatre, TV programs, advertising, video games, social media (Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Northern Ontario is fast becoming a regional hub for the motion picture industry. | | |
