Description | Using intensive banking lab and classroom settings, students develop the skills required by employers such as customer service, sales and referral ability, work ethic, and effective communication. Skills in entry-level bookkeeping/accounting and introductory mathematical principles and concepts for financial problem solving are also developed.
Initially, training is focused on developing the technical skills, but, ultimately, the program focuses on developing the integrated use of interpersonal skills in daily business. A number of areas are focused on in the process. These skills include effective creative and critical thinking, problem solving, conflict resolution, and team-building. | | |
