| Description | By understanding the human body and how it functions in health and disease from a molecular and cellular level, you will explore the biology of human beings and their relationship with their environment. Investigate human physiology, relating structure to function, and explore the functional integrity of the human organism. You will also be introduced to the principle of homeostasis in physiological control in healthy humans.
Many modules studied have a laboratory component enabling you to gain an in-depth appreciation of the workings of the human body and of the rapid technological advances. | | |
