| Description | We will give you the ability to maximise revenue and minimise construction costs for companies, and get the best value for clients. Our course focusses on commercial awareness, human resources and management issues.
You will be prepared for working in industry by applying your knowledge to practical project work and site visits. You will cover all the major areas of commercial management that a quantity surveyor would be involved with throughout the lifecycle of the build, with a strong focus upon aspects of project management.
