| Description | BA English Language and Media explores the fascinating ways language is used in relation to the production, understanding and evaluation of media. This degree gives you a foundation to progress to postgraduate study or work in a range of media careers requiring advanced language skills such as journalism, advertising or branding.
Our unique course appeals to students interested in producing or understanding media texts, how language works and how to use language to create particular effects. Throughout the course you will combine work on theory and practice to gain knowledge and understanding of the way in which media and English collaborate. | | |
