University regulations require a minimum undergraduate CGPA of 3.0 for consideration for admission to any graduate program at SFU. Students with CGPAs under 3.25 are unlikely to be accepted to the graduate programs in Psychology. | | |

Description | The Psychology Department offers graduate training in Clinical Psychology leading to M.A. and Ph.D. degrees and is based upon a scientist-practitioner model of clinical training. The program is designed as an integrated sequence leading to a Ph.D. degree, although students must first obtain a Masters degree as part of their requirements. The Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology is accredited by the Canadian Psychological Association, most recently in 2008 for six years.
