Description | The Industrial Engineering program at ASU is among the top 20 programs in the nation as ranked by U.S. News & World Report. The world class faculty consistently receives awards for teaching and research excellence and faculty members serve on numerous editorial and professional society boards. Over 65 graduates hold teaching positions at universities worldwide and many more occupy leadership positions in industry. The department emphasizes three primary areas of study - information systems engineering/management systems engineering, operations research and production systems, and quality and reliability engineering.
