| Description | This entry-level Airline Customer Service Representative Certificate program will appeal to individuals desiring to work as an airline customer service agent, a passenger ticket agent or airline operations at an airport. It will also provide basic skills to prepare graduates to work at cruise ship terminals, travel agencies or tour companies. To increase employment options with the airlines students may choose to enhance the Airline Customer Service Representative program by combining it with the Flight Attendant Pre-Employment Diploma. | | |
