| Description | Humber's comprehensive program covers all the key bases in this diverse field. It offers students both an understanding of the policies and ethics of the field, as well as an exploration of the theory and practical skills needed. The expertise, knowledge and management tools acquired can be applied to any organization. Humber's faculty uses their many years of hands-on HR experience and expertise to successfully guide students through this program. A four-week field placement offers first-hand experience, and can be completed either full-time or part-time. Since the choices available within human resources are so expansive, graduates enjoy a career that will remain interesting and challenging for many years. This program also prepares graduates for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
