DescriptionThis diploma trains voice specialists to be effective teachers and to have a solid practical grounding in the functions of an acting/movement/voice ensemble. The voice training includes voice science, anatomy and physiology, language, speech sounds, phonetics, dialect, coaching techniques and traditional and non-traditional approaches to voice.

Only applicants with significant prior teaching experience will be considered for a teaching diploma program. Qualified students in the acting or directing streams can apply for the unique Graduate Diploma in Voice Teaching. It can be undertaken on its own or in combination with a graduate degree.
