| Description | The University of Windsor is a very unique institution that provides an exceptional experience for its Faculty of Science students. GLIER will encourage you to find and follow your passion in the environmental field and research of your choice. In addition, you will benefit from having access to the Great Lakes to experientially learn about local environmental issues, and have your research make a difference in the community.
Our two-year MSc program offers research opportunities that help develop advanced laboratory and field skills using the institute’s multi-disciplinary approach. Students can register in courses and seminars designed to guide them in their research efforts. Additionally, our program leads to the completion of a thesis defense and work submitted for publication at its conclusion
