Description | This program is designed to provide Primary Care Paramedics with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and critical thinking necessary to practice prehospital care at the Advanced Care Paramedic level in accordance with the standards set out by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Graduates of this program will have demonstrated proficiency in all Advanced Care Paramedic competencies as determined by the Paramedic Association of Canada and outlined in the National Occupational Competency Profile.
