International Students who have completed secondary school and transfer students are encouraged to apply to Dakota Wesleyan University.

Admission requirements include:
1. $25.00 non-refundable application fee.
2. Official academic records, all secondary and post-secondary education, with certified English translation.
3. English proficiency for students from countries in which English is not the native language must be verified by the TOEFL examination. The official Test of English as a Foreign Language score of at least 500 (paper based) or 200 (computer based), or better must be submitted.
4. Proof of financial responsibility and fulfillment of health requirements.
