Applicants must have completed a secondary school diploma. Applicants from Ontario secondary schools must have an overall average of 70% on a combination of six OACs, 4U, and/or 4M courses. The admissions cut off averages are determined each year. Minimum cut off averages for all degree programs can be and are higher than 70%. Please see the particular program Web site for more details. Applicants for part-time study should apply directly to Nipissing University.
Ontario secondary school students apply through their school guidance/student services office. Other applicants (Canadian citizens and permanent residents, and university and college transfer applicants) applying to study full-time will apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre. Applications are available on the Ontario Universities' Application Centre Web site.
Interational applicants intending to apply to more than one Ontario university will apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre. If Nipissing University is the only Ontario university being applied to, applicants can apply using the Nipissing University international application form available from the Liaison Office.
