Requirements for Canadian Students

Applicants must be high school graduates or hold a general education diploma. Applicants must be proficient in English. All applicants must arrange for an pre-acceptance interview with the Academy Administration. This interview is not a test and is designed solely to assess the applicant’s maturity and overall aptitude for the dental profession. Applicants must provide legible copies of all supporting educational transcripts, certificates or diplomas. An applicant currently completing his / her senior year of high school must provide all required supporting documentation no later than June 30th of the year of intended enrolment.

Procedure for Canadian Students

An application can be downloaded online by clicking the Admission tab. The application can be faxed to 506-646-9274, or mailed to the school.
