Description:

You will gain an understanding of economic and financial institutions and principles; insight into modern economic issues and problems; the ability to analyze economic events and their impact on financial markets; and a framework on which to base economic and financial decisions. The program offers excellent preparation for careers in financial economics and research and in the areas of business management, finance and banking.



Students can take advantage of the co-operative (Co-op) education program consisting of a minimum of three four-month work terms. The program is accredited by the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education.

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
  •  Grade12 English  or  Grade12 Français 
  •  Grade12 Precalculus  or  Grade12 Mathematics 
Three additional courses are required. Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements for direct entry to the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program, but offer a minimum admission average of 60% (and other conditions as may be required by the admitting faculty) may be given conditional admission to the appropriate faculty in an entrance program to the extent that capacity allows.
Application Notes :

An international applicant is not required to submit proof of English Language proficiency if the applicant has studied in a high school in Canada for a minimum of 1 year and has achieved a minimum of 70% in Grade 12 English (ENG4U/EAE4U or equivalent course).
