As a carpentry and renovation technician, you are well-equipped to safely and efficiently contribute to Ontario’s growing construction and renovation industry.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
  •  Grade12 English 
  •  Grade11 Mathematics 
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, including English – Grade 12 (C), (U) or (O), or equivalent and Mathematics – Grade 11 (C), (U) or (M), or equivalent. Recommended courses include Construction Technology – Grade 11 or Grade 12 (C), Technological Design – Grade 11 or 12 (M) and Mathematics – Grade 12 (C) or (U).
