Description:

The 9-month Executive Hotel Management program is designed to provide students a complete overview of the operation all the departments of a full-size hotel. Students are given the opportunity to put the theories learned in class into immediate use on a daily basis. The theory-plus-practice approach in teaching hospitality management requires students to spend half their time in class and the other half in practical training.

Student enrolled into this program have have the option of living at the hotel campus during the 9 months, to experience the hotel from three perspectives: they study as a student, work as an employee and live as a hotel guest.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    Applicants must hold a high school diploma, or G.E.D. or, be at least 19 years of age, as a mature student with qualifications equivalent to high school education. Please contact the school to arrange a time to write the Personal Statement. Applicants may also be interviewed by the admissions office. Submit your Application Form along with the application and entrance fees.
    Test Scores:
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 500] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 173] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 61] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6] or Test of English for International Communication [min. 600]
    Application Notes : CAEL with a score of 50 or successfully passing the IHMC language proficiency evaluation are also acceptable.
