Description:

The principal program of the school, the Culinary program is a two-year chef diploma program. It is comprised of two six-month classroom training segments and two six-month paid internship training modules. Students are offered a conditional paid internship with the school's employer partners, dependent on the overall grade average achieved.

In the area of technical skills, topics include pastry making, food preparation, garde manger, food and beverage service, and wine and alcoholic beverages. In other areas, students will learn about sanitation and safety, nutrition, kitchen management, and business development.
