This course has been designed to provide you with a deeper, specialist knowledge of software engineering than the BSc(Hons) version of the course. You’ll study for an extra year with the aim of gaining an MEng qualification. Your extra year of study gives you opportunities for project work and developing pieces of working software.
Software engineering is all about finding practical solutions to real problems. To succeed, employers will want you to be able to produce software that is robust, reliable and attractive to use – all at a reasonable cost and to a certain timeframe. This integrated Master’s course is designed to prepare you for a lasting and rewarding career in software development.
