Description:The Theatre Arts Program at Thorneloe University offers a concentration in Theatre Arts for a General B.A. A fully equipped 157-seat theatre provides state of the art support to the work of the faculty and students.

The four main objectives of Theatre Arts are: to develop the capacities of students to be collaborative, interdisciplinary, and collegial, as required by theatrical/artistic milieus; to give students analytical and creative tools for understanding and creating theatre; to nurture personal and social insights in both students and faculty, enabling them to work in a creative and fulfilling way; and to provide Laurentian and the wider community with imaginative theatre capable of broadening our humanitarian and artistic vocabulary.

Ontario secondary school students who apply for admission to first year at Laurentian University must present an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), as well as at least six grade 12 4U/4M courses (as specified in each program listing) with the minimum grade requirements.
