|Description:||This concurrent degree integrates theoretical and practical knowledge, and includes a unique undergraduate program, which focuses on understanding children, childhood, and youth. Opportunities for field experiences begin in second year, with a required service-learning placement, and continue throughout the program. You’ll study for six years to complete an Honours B.A. in Child and Youth Studies and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at the same time.
Successful graduates will be recommended to the Ontario College of Teachers for an Ontario Certificate of Qualification and Registration.

Six Grade 12U/M courses are required, including English and a 4U Math. French majors also require one of FSF4U, FEF4U, or FIF4U.
