|Description:||The Computer Systems Technology diploma program encompasses instruction across multiple platforms and environments, from cutting-edge computer systems technology such as .NET, iPhone and Android to industry standards such as Java and Oracle, to design increasingly complex business solutions.
Some other program highlights are: advanced concepts such as mobile application development, security, encryption and gaming, a capstone project in Year 3 that consists of software development and/or network engineering work either for a real-world business client or for the students themselves (start-up idea), and a research preparation course. Students in this program may apply to the Co-op program during their third academic semester. Enrolment in the Co-op program is limited through an additional Co-op application process that takes place during second year.
