This RICS accredited course includes a specialist pathway for becoming a building surveyor who provides professional advice on the design, development, repair and maintenance of all types of buildings.
The first stage of this course will introduce you to key concepts and frameworks related to built environment disciplines. The second stage is specific to building surveying and will develop your ability to diagnose building defects, refurbish existing buildings, manage maintenance, facilities management and monitor contracts and procurement.
