|Description:||Interior designers understand how people live, work, and play. They know how our sense of place can influence the way we feel. Creating spaces, places and environments You will discover how light, sound, materials, colour and surfaces, technology and detail, can elicit emotional responses and create atmosphere; whether for spaces for living or working, commercial or domestic.
During this course you will explore the creative, scientific and functional considerations that designers who deal with space need to consider. The course is designed for you to gain a confident understanding and intellectual awareness of the nature of spaces, a working knowledge of the technical, legal and logistical skills the interior designer needs, and the opportunity to engage with contemporary interior design practice.
