Healthcare scientists play a vital role in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions, as well as in rehabilitation. Rapid advances in technology mean it's now one of the most exciting, challenging and rewarding areas in the NHS. This FdSc course has been created to develop a common career pathway, education and training standards for Healthcare Science Associates.

FdSc Healthcare Science at UWE Bristol is delivered through a unique collaboration with NHS providers, to provide professional training and career development for NHS Healthcare Science Associates. With a focus on workplace training and online learning, combined with block sessions for valuable practical training at the University, you will be able to study with minimal disruption to your work and continue to earn while you learn.
