Organisations are rapidly changing places and the nature of leadership, and what leadership means in organisations, is also changing. For example, how does leadership happen in organisations? What does it look like? Is it one person or many? What are the challenges and how does leadership enable people and organisations to reach their potential? These are a few of the many ways leadership is explored.
Although Leadership is one of the fastest growing fields in Higher Education it is not widely offered at undergraduate level in the UK. You are strongly encouraged to undertake a 40 week paid work placement relevant to your degree supported by an award-winning placement team. |
