Our BA (Hons) Drama will give you a firm foundation in all aspects of theatre making, with the option to specialise in later years. It balances a practical focus with underlying theory and ideas, and you will also look at the fascinating connections between performance, philosophy, psychology and historical context.
Drama is based on Bristol's historic waterfront at the Arnolfini. Situated above this internationally renowned centre for contemporary art you will be at the heart of Bristol's creative and cultural community, with access to UWE Bristol's City Campus and all it has to offer.
We develop independent, confident and highly creative individuals who can operate in the real world. You will have great enthusiasm, a love of live performance and a willingness to work hard and be challenged.
