The course offers a broad introduction to many of the key concepts and theories which underpin English Language teaching, and also provides studetns with the opportunity to practise and develop their practical teaching skills in a supportive environment. The practical teaching module enables you to place the knowledge gained during the course within the context of your own developing teaching skills.
Learning is undertaken by a variety of means including lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials and by independent study. You will take four compulsory credit-bearing modules, after which you will complete a Dissertation under supervision. |
