|Description:||One of the only courses of its kind in the UK, this degree is ideal both for students interested in starting their own business and those who want to work in large organisations but are interested in entrepreneurial change. It provides students with a broad range of expertise across the main areas of business and management together with an understanding of the nature of entrepreneurism, the role of entrepreneurs in the economy and the operating models of entrepreneurial businesses.
The four year option offers students the opportunity to undertake either a year-long or two six-month industrial placements. These will be invaluable in helping the student to gain real-world experience and network with leading business thinkers and many companies go on to hire their placement students on graduation. Students do not need to decide on application which placement route they prefer – they can choose their preferred option in their first year of study.
