As a student in DeGroote’s MBA program you will earn your MBA while gaining valuable hands-on business experience. Working through case studies and group projects with real organizations, you will be actively involved in your educational experience. You will also learn from fellow classmates, alumni and guest speakers who come from a variety of different backgrounds, industries and cultures. A business background is not required. Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree in business or a graduate of McMaster’s Engineering and Management program; graduated within the last 10 years from a recognized Canadian or American university; received at least a B grade (B- for McMaster graduates) in all business and introductory economics courses; GMAT; minimum of one year of full-time continuous managerial, professional or technical work experience.
