| An animal health technologist is a valuable member of the animal health-care team who performs a large range of tasks, such as nursing, diagnostic procedures and client interactions, to assist veterinarians in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease in animals. The program focuses on practical skills used in both small and large animal practices, including lab work, x-rays and medical and surgical nursing. |
