Description:Cognitive Systems is a multi-disciplinary program involving four departments: Computer Science, Linguistics, Philosophy, and Psychology. It provides you with a thorough grounding in the principles and techniques used by intelligent systems (both natural and artificial) to interact with the world around them.

In the BA program, depending on your focus of interest, you can select from three streams: Cognition and the Brain (Psychology specialization); Language (Linguistics specialization); or Mind, Language, and Computation (Philosophy specialization). A fourth stream, Computational Intelligence and Design (Computer Science specialization), is available in the BSc program.
