Description:

The Information Systems Support Specialist program prepares students ready to jump start careers in the Information Technology (IT) field. They’ll learn to design, implement, manage and maintain computers and network installations in organizations of all sizes. The program takes a comprehensive approach to business and technology, covering a wide range of topics including hardware installation and configuration, basic networking, Windows operating systems, MS Office support and help desk techniques. Graduates will be prepared to write important industry certification examinations, including CompTIA A+, Net+ and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).

    The minimum requirements for admission to CDI College is a high school diploma, unless otherwise specified in the program outline. Where applicable, applicants must provide proof of graduation at the time of enrollment or by the first day of class. Applicants who have not achieved a high school diploma can apply as a mature student. All applicants must provide proof of age and pass an entrance exam.
