Description:In Digital Futures, you will develop digital skills and knowledge across art, design, computer programming and business in various fields of creative technologies. Throughout the four years of study, you will often collaborate together, with industry and with other institutions to tackle real-life problems that require innovative, and undiscovered solutions. Example courses investigate mobile apps, game design, 3D printing, coding, wearable technology, and computer animation. Our unique year-long Ateliers blend criticism with practice and explore themes in great depth, such as the future of storytelling and 3D open worlds.

Students joining the program already have interests in art, or science, or both. When you graduate you will be positioned to work in such jobs as mobile app development, video games and transmedia, user experience design, eCommerce, communication and data visualization, product, exhibition and event design, wearables, web, media and multimedia services

Although the primary criterion for admission to OCAD University's studio based programs is a portfolio assessment, strong academic skills are essential for overall success. All offers of admission are conditional upon meeting the minimum academic requirements and supplying all required documentation.
