Description:

The quality and safety of food has never been higher in the public awareness and what we eat has a huge impact on our health and wellbeing. Scientists are needed to promote healthy eating, ensure that food remains nutritious and safe and to oversee regulation of the food industry.

This course runs in 2016/17.

Prerequisites:

  • 3 of   English  or   Science  or   Mathematics 
Applicants are required to have 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C including English Language, Mathematics and Science, or specified equivalents.
Test Scores:
  • International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.0]
Application Notes : Applicants with English as a foreign language are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no component lower than 5.5. Pre-sessional English is available if required.
