Description:By studying both psychology and human resource (HR) management you will gain an expert understanding of workplace behaviour, and build the knowledge, skills and experience for a career in the HR sector.

Our three-year degree (or four years if you complete a year long industry placement), accredited by the British Psychology Society (BPS), offers some of the best psychology teaching and research facilities in the UK, including a psychophysiology and virtual reality laboratory. Not only will you gain theoretical and practical knowledge of modern psychology (the study of human behaviour), you will also learn the theory and practice of human resource management, developing the skills to manage people effectively in the workplace.
