Description:Mathematics is the study of numbers, sets of points and various other abstract elements. It deals with the size, order, shape and various relationships among these features. Most importantly, our classes teach students how to think critically and apply numerical logic in solving wide-ranging problems.

Mathematics contributes to the formulation and solution of problems in diverse fields such as Medicine, Economics and the Social Sciences in addition to being the foundation of the field of Computer Science and the ""language"" of Science and Engineering.

  •  Grade12 Mathematics of Data Management  or  Grade12 Precalculus 

Required Courses: Foundations of Mathematics 30 or Pre-Calculus 30 (or equivalents) In addition to the Required Courses for admission, some university courses have a high school pre-requisite. Students entering the Bachelor of Arts program, or who are undecided about which program they are interested in, are encouraged to take Foundations of Mathematics 30. Students interested in the Bachelor of Science program are encouraged to take Pre-Calculus 30. Students can be admitted into this college with a mathematics deficiency but are encouraged to consult the college upon admission to plan how to clear the deficiency.
