Many I/O psychology professionals also work as consultants addressing organizational challenges such as change management, workplace diversity, and employee development and engagement. The Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology program is designed to meet the guidelines for education and training provided by The Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) with a unique emphasis on socially responsible practice. This online program can be completed in 5 semesters or 20 months and provides students with education and training in both theory and practice. Through a required business practicum in their community, students have an opportunity to gain experience and practical skills to succeed in this expanding field.
