| The Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Management (PBDM) is awarded after successful completion of the Online MBA for executives program’s Phase One courses and comprehensive exam. The PBDM can be taken as a stand-alone credential but it is not a lower level of study than the MBA for executives program; it is a portion of the MBA program and thus, the admission requirements are the same.
The MBA Phase One core courses integrate to provide working managers with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in the key areas of general management: strategy, economics, human resources, finance, marketing, and operations. Again, since the PBDM is part of the MBA program, all courses are online and paced. PBDM students and MBA students take their classes together, and PBDM students who successfully complete all Phase One courses and the comprehensive exam may apply to transfer directly into Phase Two of the MBA.

Applicants will have any one of the following qualifications: an undergraduate degree from an accredited university and at least three years of managerial experience; an accepted professional designation and at least five years of managerial experience; or a minimum of eight to ten years of substantial managerial experience. |
