Description:

The General Management diploma program introduces fundamental business principles and skills in the core functional areas of business. In the diploma program, students develop a foundation in business knowledge with a focus on General Management. This General Management diploma is awarded to students who successfully complete the two-year diploma curriculum in general management.

College of the Rockies Diploma graduates can directly enter the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program with full credit for their previous coursework. Or they can continue their education elsewhere, working towards university degrees and professional certifications and designations such as the ACAF (Advanced Certificate in Accounting and Finance), CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant), and CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources).

  •   Foundations for College Mathematics (MAP4C)  or   Precalculus  or   Principles of Mathematics  or   Applied Mathematics 
Applicants are required to have: Grade 12 or equivalent, and a minimum of 65% in English 12 or equivalent, and a grade of 65% in either Foundation of Math 11, Pre-Calculus 11, Principles of Math 11, Applications of Math 12, MATH 080 or MATH 082.

For students for whom English is a second language, students must meet the Grade 12 English equivalency posted on COTR's Admissions and Registration website; or successful completion of a university/college level English course (e.g. ENGL 100)
