Description:Honours Arts is Waterloo's largest and most flexible first-year entry program. You can choose to apply to Honours Arts through the University of Waterloo, or through Renison University College or St. Jerome's University – 2 of Waterloo's on-campus University Colleges.

The world is a fascinating place, and through our Honours Arts program you’ll have the opportunity to experience it first-hand. In your first year, you’ll explore our rich course offerings in the humanities, social sciences, fine and performing arts, and languages. If you decide to choose a major, you’ll do so at the end of your first year. You can either specialize in one subject or broaden the focus of your program by adding an option or a minor, or by selecting a joint honours program.
