| Students in Ontario secondary schools have the opportunity to apply what they learn in their courses through participation in various planned learning activities outside the classroom. Such learning activities increase students’ awareness of educational and career opportunities and provide them with first-hand experience. This practical experience will help them decide what they would like to do in the future and will assist them in making a successful transition to post-secondary education, apprenticeship programs, or the workplace. |
