Description:Laurentian University is pleased to announce that the Department of Forensic Science is the first in Canada to be granted full accreditation of its Forensic Science degrees through the American Academy of Forensic Sciences’ (AAFS) Forensic Science Education Program Accreditation Commission (FEPAC).

Forensic Science is the application of scientific principles and procedures to legal contexts. It is our goal to train students in being able to apply their scientific training in all forensic contexts.
