Interested in the human side of organizations and businesses? You will learn how to design and implement human resource strategies required to attract and retain highly qualified employees, staffing systems and current recruitment and selection trends and challenges. You will discover how to conduct an organizational analysis, how to manage a diverse workforce and how to properly apply conflict resolution skills. |
