Description:

It is envisioned that there are three categories of chefs. For the vast majority of North America’s three million plus chefs and cooks. These categories have been established as cooking as TRADE, a prep level cooking role or fast food environment. While a vast may others would be categorized as cooking as CRAFT where skill is developed with care and experience, and the talent for preparing delicious food is honed on a regular basis. Still others may embrace both of these categories while seeing the potential for being categorized as cooking as an ART,, here you are required to research, test and create with strong individuality required to be at the highest practice of their profession.

With this in mind and through the programs offered at the Mississauga Chef School we have taken all the best cooking fundamentals out of the classics and have elevated these through this very specific culinary career program. The Professional Chef Diploma Program is offered over three terms for 1160 hours.
